Menu Plan Monday 9/14
Well this week I am getting all organized and packed to take my girls to Texas to visit a great friend! You all know Nicole – the author of Handmade on a Budget feature on this blog – well she’ll be joining me on this trip! She’s also good friends with my friend Erin so the two of us and my girls will be heading out Thursday for some HOT Texas fun! (No, the hubby isn’t going with us – it’s a girls trip. He’ll be hanging back doing some projects on the house!)
Here is my menu for this week – pretty simple since I’ll be gone most of it!
Monday: Spaghetti w/ Garlic Bread and Salad
Tuesday: Meatball Subs (Just meatballs and spaghetti sauce on yummy bread – oh and topped with Mozzarella cheese!)
Wednesday: Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Thursday: In Texas
Friday: In Texas
Saturday: In Texas
Sunday: In Texas

We also put some fresh basil on our meatball subs and it was lovely. =)
