Weekend Project by Punch!
Do you have any big projects in your home that you want to do but can’t quiet visualize it? I do – more than one! We bought our home a couple of years back and pretty much gutted the inside (the house had the original green shag carpet in the bedrooms still!). We did most of the work ourselves (with the help of family and friends).
Since moving in we’ve still been plucking at the long list of to do’s but some of them are kinda daunting to think about doing – like our landscape. Here is an example of it looks like right now (I literally just took this picture). Kinda sad huh?
One of my problems with moving forward (aside from saving enough money to get it done) is I can’t picture it – I can’t picture what I want it to look like! What kind of plants? Should we redo that wall- maybe take it out? I have no idea – but I found this great software that just might help me get it done: Weekend Project by Punch! Software. Now I don’t have it in my hands to try but it seems like a pretty simple and helpful software to help me decide what to do.
This software helps you design the room (indoor or outdoor space) AND it helps you do the work yourself! How great is that? Kristan Cunningham (from HGTV) is the host on the software and she helps you design and then do the work. After you have your design (whether it be outdoors or indoors) you can print a materials list and all the how to instructions to get it done! Now that is helpful!
Also included in the software is an extensive library of products – from trim, to sinks, to faucets, to plants (with help to pick them based on your location). I personally need help with the plants!
