I received a coupon for a free 4 pack of Yoplait Fiber One Yogurts & a $50 gift card to Safeway last week from My BlogSpark, Safeway & FiberOne to try out and give my opinion here on my blog. I was able to pick up my free yogurts last Friday and well – they are already gone! We LOVE yogurt and this new FiberOne yogurt is no exception for us.
When I think of products that have “fiber” in the name I usually figure they wouldn’t be good. I have flashes thick icky food that doesn’t taste right – BUT that is NOT the case with these FiberOne yogurts – they tasted just like a normal container of Yoplait yogurt to me. I bought the 4 pack of Strawberry & loved them. I also picked up some vanilla for Joy-joy (she could really use the extra fiber in this stage of potty training!). She’s gobbled hers up just as fast as if they were the Dora kids yogurts!

my kids love it more then me. yogurt hasnt been one of my favorites. I do freeze it an use it in fruit smoothies. Now that is yummy.
My nutritionist tells me that every gram of fiber burns (7) calories
so that makes this Fiber one yogurt, practically a ‘negative’ food at only 50 calories !!! :0
