The Up+ Reward is also printing in San Diego area Rite Aids, so they must be part of the test market. The deals rolls, so I have been able to get the deal over and over again.
Unfortunately, I have only shopped in the South County and East County locations so I don’t know how far north the test market extends. Perhaps you could call Rite Aid for a list of locations to find out if there is one participating in North County that could be accessible to your L.A. readers.
