Taco Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (13 oz) Drained Shredded Chicken Breast
    (or 2 shredded Chicken Breasts)
    1 can 10-12 oz Tomato Soup
    1 cup Salsa (I use Southwest Salsa…makes it even more yummy)
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 cup Milk
    6 Flour Tortillas Cut into 1 inch Pieces (I cut mine with kitchen scissors.)

Preparation:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium size bowl shred the chicken and mix all ingredients except half of the cheddar cheese. Pour into Baking Dish (I use 13×9)

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle on the remaining Cheese while still hot.

We like to serve it with Sour Cream and Salsa on top! Enjoy!
